The Bezà Mahafaly Reserve is managed by Madagascar National Parks in partnership with the local communities, the Commune of Ankazombalala, l’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques (Forestry and Environment Department and Agroecology, Biodiversity and Climate Change Department) of the University of Antananarivo, in collaboration with Liz Claiborne and Art Ortenberg Foundation (LCAOF).
